HALO’s Annual Picnic will be held in St. Charles IL on Sept 19, 2020. Our adopters travel from all across the country - and even internationally - for this reunion. The picnic is held on the beautiful farm property of our volunteer hosts, where the pups can enjoy the freedom of running in the fenced property while their people socialize with old and new friends. We are expecting to have around 100 people and almost that many HALO rescue pups. It’s the most wonderful day!
